University of Somalia is a private university in Mogadishu, established in 2006. Its six faculties cover medicine and health sciences, engineering and computer sciences, agriculture and veterinary sciences, management and economics, humanities and education, and Sharia and Islamic studies — including specializations in software engineering, network security, and Islamic law. True to its motto, "Building the Future of Somalia," the university combines technical, medical, and religious studies under one roof.
